Thank you for considering Festive Fare for your event rentals. We appreciate your business.To make your event as smooth as possible, please review our policies below. Festive Fare is located at 1745 Broadway Street, in Charlottesville, Virginia. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday - 9 am to 12 pm. Please call to make an appointment to view our showroom.(434)296-5496 Changes and cancellations in rental orders must be made at least 72 hours prior to delivery date and time. A 50% deposit is required to reserve orders over $300. All prices shown on this website are for one day of use. Special rates are available for long term rentals. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Delivery and pick-up service is available. Standard delivery charges are for normal, ground floor delivery ,prior to the event ,to a covered location and pick-up afterwards . Special delivery and pick-up situations must be arranged in advance to ensure timely delivery of all our scheduled orders. Upon pick-up, rental items must be consolidated in one location, preferably where it was delivered. Please have items folded, stacked, and packed as delivered. Set-up and take down may be arranged in advance for an additional cost. This service is available for tables, chairs and linens.The client should provide a diagram of the layout. There is a $65 minimum set-up fee. Please return all dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and all other food equipment clean of all food debris to avoid additional charges. Please place items into the boxes, crates and racks in which they were delivered.Please return linen free of food debris and trash. Please do not bundle wet linen with the rest. We do charge replacement cost for missing, broken, or water damaged items. The client is responsible for all equipment. If you need an item not listed on this website, please call. How much space is required for a sit down buffet?
Count on 20 square feet per person.
How much space is required for a stand-up cocktail party?
Count on 12 square feet per person.
What area will a patio heater cover?
A heater will cover 12' to 15' diameter, approximately, and must be placed on a firm solid surface.
How much space is required for a sit down dinner?
Count on 18 square feet per person.
